Office Hours with Minessa

Join Minessa for Office Hours, a dedicated space for research administrators at all levels to get expert advice on navigating challenges, understanding policies, and managing daily tasks in research administration.

How it Works

Office hours are held on Mondays at 10:00AM EST on Zoom. Each event is scheduled separately and you must register for each office hours you would like to attend. You are welcome to pre-register as far ahead as you would like.

  • Secure Your Spot: To ensure that everyone has a chance to speak, registrations are limited to 10 people. 

  • Format: Round robin style—whether you are already an RA or diving in everyone gets a turn to ask a question related to research administration. Typically I will answer, but there is opportunity for others to chime in so feel free to contribute answers and connect offline as well! This is an interactive session where we all learn from each other.

  • Open Discussion: After everyone has had a turn, the floor opens up for any and all questions until we wrap up.
